KP governor says he will not respond to Gandapur's harsh words
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi has said that JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman's 'alliance' with Tehreek-e-Insaf is a sign of doomsday.
KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi met former Punjab chief minister Mian Manzoor Wattoo at his residence in Lahore in which they discussed country's political situation and issues of mutual interest.
Speaking to media after the meeting, KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said he was aware of the constraints of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
"Now I will not respond to his (Gandapur) harsh words. I will ask him to find solution of the problems through negotiations," Kundi said. He said the provincial government had allocated Rs3 billion for education in the budget but did not spend a single rupee.
Regarding Maulana Fazlur Rehman and PTI, Kundi said, "If Maulana holds sitting with Tehreek-e-Insaf, it will be a sign of doomsday. We are waiting for Maulana and Gandapur to jointly address the public from a truck."
